Theodore passed away November 16, 2006 at St. Luke’s hospital in Manhattan. The cause of death was complications resulting from a longstanding and debilitating bout with multiple sclerosis.

It his son’s operative now to piece together the mystery of his life. Exploring the regrets and sorrow of his past and consequences it had on his several families; he now must face the reason and responsibility for choosing the life he did. Navigating thru his own sense of misguided patriotism, it became apparent that he was ultimately a pawn. “I did it for Uncle Sam, thinking the Uncle would take care of me.” The film explores ideas of patriotism, national security, and murder through the eyes of one man who killed on behalf of the country as a “righteous” act.
To most, Paris was a gun entrepreneur, creating the “asp” gun, and holding patents to guns and products still used today, but soon we discover this occupation was a front for his activities with the CIA. “ I was working for Uncle Sam as a freedom fighter until Communism imploded on itself.” In the end, all he got for risking his life on a daily basis and killing people was a terminal illness handed to him by fate.
